A strategic decision for Synex’s future

Today, we are taking an important step in the evolution of Synex Assurance.

Over the past few years, we have developed a recognized expertise in commercial insurance. This is the segment where we create the greatest value and where our strongest growth opportunities lie

With this in mind, we have made the decision to transfer our personal lines insurance portfolio — namely Synex Auto Habitation — to Ellipse Assurances.

This is a clear strategic choice: to focus our efforts where we have the greatest impact, in order to strengthen our positioning and support our growth.

This transition was carried out with care, with particular attention paid to continuity for both our teams and our clients.

Furthermore, certain personal lines insurance activities will be maintained, notably through Synex Distinction | Auto Habitation, as well as the firms Synex Assurance | Girard Tremblay and BMB Assurances, to ensure consistency and complementarity within our offering.

This decision is part of a clear growth strategy and allows us to concentrate our efforts to fully support our development.
